Gatherings at The Magnolia are a curated experience, hosted within a completely renovated, century-and-a-half old mansion and beneath the majestic oaks and lush greenery of The Terrace.

Benefiting from a multi-million dollar renovation, the 16,000 square foot venue offers maximum flexibility and creativity in what is arguably the most elegant, sophisticated, and modernized setting in Southern Indiana. From the spacious Magnolia Ballroom to the intimate glass Veranda to the luxurious Private Suite & Salon to the lush and relaxing Terrace, options abound for your special gathering.
The Magnolia's indoor space can accommodate up to 300 guests with additional expansion options upon inclusion of the outdoor Terrace.
Magnolia Ballroom

The spacious Magnolia Ballroom is ready for your imagination. Perfect for large parties, seated dinners, meetings, birthdays, showers, and dancing.
The Veranda

The Veranda is a unique, linear space highlighted by the century-old brick walls of the mansion and perfect for receptions, intimate parties, farmhouse dinner seating, and those seeking a fabulous view of The Terrace. Bring the outdoors in with this 4-season space.
The Terrace

The Terrace brings the WOW factor, with its bubbling fountain, majestic oaks, lush greenery, and full service bar. Perfect for an outdoor wedding ceremony, private brunch, or business cocktail hour alike.

The Magnolia has several additional spaces which can be added to enhance the opulence of your event. Options include The Reserve, our private dining room designed in partnership with Jim Beam, private "day of" suite, and selfie room.

The Magnolia's in-house event experts can assist with every aspect of your celebration, from seating and decor to food and entertainment to florals and champagne receptions.
We can also partner with your event coordinator, should you already be working with an advisor to design your special event.
